anne dumouchel : Wow! this one practice really had my neck vertebrae getting some space. The pop around the C 5-6-7 were intense but not uncomfortable. I'm not texting as much as working with head down on new stuff and I tense up too much, add to that the arthritis, let me tell you that the combination is though first thing in the morning but with your help in the past few months life is pleasurable the way it is. Thank you to make us believe that we're not alone.
